What a Time for Real Estate: Leased Without One Foot Through the Door!

With COVID-19 at the top of everyone’s minds today, Australian Real Estate is entering quite uncharted territory.

What do we say about this? Simple: it’s still all about YOU.

Nothing has changed there. For anyone familiar with how we work, our focus has always been and always will be on our Sellers, Buyers, Landlord and Tenants, using forward-thinking practises to get you the best outcomes – come rain, hail or pandemics.

Ok, sure – it’s not exactly business as usual at the moment with the Coronavirus. But as an innovative and digital agency, we’ve shifted our approach and adapted accordingly so our clients will always find themselves in a better place. Speaking of which, we recently leased 10 Evergreen Drive, Cromer with no public Open Homes this week. Yep, not one.

This stunning home was up for lease, before the Coronavirus suddenly reached our shores, throwing a curveball into our economy and day to day life. No problem at all! We simply adapted, pivoting towards a new virtual reality by integrating valuable tools such as realestate.com.au digital inspections and FaceTime tours to reach potential tenants and invite them “in” (online) to look around. In the end, the show must go on.

People need to live in homes, and we’re here to continue to make it happen –

We are always sharpening our digital channels for our clients, and now we’re doing this for all of our properties. With our agents’ extended flexibility to work around everyone’s schedules, we are here to serve you – 7 days a week by appointment.

Walk-through videos are a big thing now, and because of this, we’ve leased most of our recent rental properties in just one online open session. However, some deals don’t happen without private inspections. They still make up an important part of our campaigns when our pre-qualified tenants prefer to see a home in person.
