In 2015, Sunland purchased a development site at Macpherson Street Warriewood with a vision of creating a vibrant townhouse community for young families and downsizers within the broader Northern Beaches community.
The site was sensitive to both the natural environment and to concerns of local residents about the site being over developed. As such we sought proposals from agents to provide a full suite of project marketing services seeking an organisation that was capable of understanding our vision for the site, knew the local community and could work with our team to deliver a truly unique project accepted by the local community. Post sales Upstate also excelled. Our clients were treated with the utmost respect and care. The team ensured the purchasers were kept up to date with the construction activities, assisted clients in dealing with brokers, banks, insurers, removalists etc. to make the settlement process seamless.
